Come on someone must have one they can sell me. Just got the Z running and the dizzy is now stuffed need one asap so i can get it on the road after a 3 year rebuild.

What's gone wrong with it? If it's an optical one the internals are very similar/interchangeable with FJ20 and probably RB20E & RB30 distributors.
I've asked a guy I know whether he's got a spare, I'll let you know if he does.

Yeah its an optical one, It was abit intermitant with spark so went to take the sensor out to get a new one but apart from the two screws on top it was soldered on as well and now thats all broken. Pissed me off aye looked easy to get off only needed to sort that get wheel alinement then wof reg time. After all the shit sorting the megasquirt out this happens days from the road.
What is your one putting out? i got 183kw/245hp and 632Nm at the wheels on 8pis at the moment its limited to 4500rpm as the injectors lean out at 4700rpm so need to sort bigger ones later on.
Would be great if your mate has one i dont want to stuff around with it anymore just want to plug in and go but if i cant get one i'll have to look at the rb/fj way

That's pretty good power for 8psi, what turbo have you got on it? Are you still using the megasquirt?
Mine was making 317rwhp last time it was on the dyno, I actually just pulled the motor out last night, I've decided to go with something a bit newer. I've sold the block but if the guy doesn't want my dizzy you can have it, it's a slightly modified L20ET one but if you've got one in pieces it could easily be converted back for use with a dizzy cap.

Turbo is off a Z31 VG30et yeah running the megasquirt bit pissed as the z meet is at taupo in three weeks and wanted it there

I've checked with one of my other mates, he's got one that you can borrow but he'll need something to replace it with at some stage.
