gilmores need sum a series opinions!
hay boys thought id chuck up a foto of my gilmores on my a15 looks sweet im almost completly happy with the engine bay
they sound mint i just havent chucked my radiator in yet
which is probs a good thing so's im not temped to go for a thrash with no licence haha
stil undecided weather or not to run the original fan it wont look as cool
and what makes more noise that will drown out the gilmores? electric or original?
and do 120y and sunny radiators bolt up? could get one off a mate i just dont like the look of the big temp swith on my top tank?
ive flaged getting a alloy one but want one eventurly i cant find a c20 one either
its in your hands boys thanks

Hey man, I don't think the origanal looks bad! However you should Paint it black if you fit it!
I think electric fans are way louder...its like an electrical motor whinning sound. I'm guessing the origanal fan is noisey....but it's a more mechanical sound and would go well with the gilleys.
Nice bay btw!

I'd chuck an electric fan on.
They don't call me the man with the rubber arm for nothing you know.............
Re: gilmores need sum a series opinions!
If you want quiet electric fans use a factory one off something.theyre ugly but if you make a good shroud they can look allright and theyre waaay quieter than those after market ones
"You make onry one car style!!"
I felt particularly exhausted all my sheet is not subjective

yea your not wrong aftermarket electric fans are rowdy as might chuck the original on then;
atleast for now and keep an eye out
as for radiators do they bolt up swapping between models? would a 120y 1 work?
i could get a radiator shop to gas weld up the hole for the temp switch on the top tank if they dont?
and also ive got this 5speed gearbox crossmember any ideas what sorta car its off?
its different to a couple others ive seen and has extra studs for the looks of a rear tail shaft crossmember or something?

and those extra studs are just for a bracket to hold part of the exhaust up
