L28 In the north island?

bit of a long shot as most from here are in the south.

but some where along the welding process my custom manifold seems to have bowed. long story short i need a L28 so i can check whether everything is still in line or needs modifying, as i dont actually have an L28 engine.

I do intend to use it one day once i have built it to a spec i want so i would be after something with an N42 head on it.
That said if you have something a little specced up i could spend a few extra dollars if you wanted to sell also.

Maybe ask on Z club? Lots of them in the North Island.

I know where theres a Carbed L28 from a safari its up north in Dargaville. Its not mine but im 99% sure i can get my mate to sell it as its not going to work for what he had planed for it anyway.

I've got one here in Auckland, in a 280ZX if that helps. And I know what you mean by not being able to find shit-all in the North Island :S

ended up accidentally buying the N42 head on trademe, oh well i needed something pretty quickly so this will work, now to make it fit an L24 block.
