The condition of the seats would suggest that the KMs are genuine. (I'm too lazy to carjam it and check)
However the picture of the rust shows a little bit of overspray on the door catch. So you wouldn't know for sure just how honest it truely is without a thorough inspection.
That said, they're asking what I'd expect to pay for a 40,000 km vehicle. I think $3k would be a more realistic figure..
