I remember reading about the worlds fastest street legal Mopar (at the time) back in the early '90s. The article stated that the owner started off with a refrigerator sized billet of aluminium, and made the block from there. (Imagine having to sweep up all the swarfe from that!!! )
They don't call me the man with the rubber arm for nothing you know.............
