Mint16's 1200 Ute

picked this little treat up in may 08, and its gone thru quite a bit so far.

mines on the right, parked beside chris cheater5s ute, on the first day of ownership.

since then:
-fitted front disc struts
-fitted stock height rear leaf springs
-fitted a14, lightened flywheel and sunny radiator
-fitted lowered front springs
-fitted 14x6 ssr longchamp xr4s
-fitted black dashpad and 1200 coupe tacho
-fitted black sedan front seats
-fitted momo steering wheel
and then:
-fitted c22 a15 and matching radiator
-fitted electronic dizzy
-fitted 120y swaybar
-fitted 3.9 diffhead
-fitted sunny 5spd
-fitted extractors and 2inch exhaust

future plans:
-fit recond steering box
-fit adjustable caster rods
-replace windscreen seal
-rust repairs
-lower it more
-fit shaved head, double valvesprings, cam

looks in great condition like a lot of these ex-lendich utes. Where's the rust repairs needed??

a few bubbles around the front windscreen seal, drivers side floor due to leaking windscreen, back of roof, rhr corner by taillight, a few other minor areas.
not too bad really.
the utes been tecktilled a long time ago, which has done it a world of good.

Its a good looking ute Brendan and I know you will make it look the ducks nuts, by the time you have finished all the mods you are wanting to do.

utes are cool, but they are too small in the cab. Everytime I rode in this ute, i was in agony just watching you sitting behind the wheel. You knee's were almost above the height of the dashboard. :lol:
They don't call me the man with the rubber arm for nothing you know.............
