Yeap, we've got one at work you can borrow, you'll have to sort out your own attachments for it though depending on what you are doing.

If this is for your rear guard damage, dont.
Reverse the impact from the deepest point (Push and tap with a hammer handle) and lightly tap the panel back into line. Shouldnt have stretched much if at all
