Very nice work on the Gearbox mounts - well done

Looking forward to a "start up" video in the weekend.

Yell out if you have any probs hooking up the sidies - should be straight forward, as long as you have long studs in your head at mid height between your oval inlet ports.

My throttle pull setup was a bit agricultural, but should be sufficient - of course you can just "hand" rev it as required.

If you have major problems sourcing a suitable manifold & carb parts - the sideys I am lending you, will be on the market soon (I just need them to run up my car in a few weeks to get my ECU working on spark, before I switch to EFI)

Cheers Kitch. I say it over and over again, but your a legend! :D Hoping the sidies will just bolt on, but you don't know these things till you try (is how I found standard carb and my sidies both wouldn't work straight off the bat). Good ol' trial and error ;)

Hmm, keep me at the top of your list for your sidies. Mine are in checked but unknown running condition, so this could be a viable option. Will let you know either way 8-) And oooooh, EFI :) I look forward to hearing/learning more!

Yeah, they look pretty good aye. Can't wait to see how well the exhaust turns out! I'm also very pleased with the way the engine has turned out too ;) Sure the same will be said about the side draught carbs too! :D

Hi guys,

Here is the second part of the latest image dump. Exhaust is pretty much done, just the tip to be finished and welded on. Castor rods are back in with extra thread to pull the front wheels closer to the front of the vehicle (fixes tyre rubbing issues). Also, have given the front brake callipers a lick with the grinder, which has fixed the issue with callipers scratching the inside of the rims (the callipers look kinda new with the wheels back on now). I have also managed to acquire some S13 brakes, but won't be upgraded to until after Labour Weekend.

Latest image dump is as follows:

Top notch indeed! Exhaust is 2 inch's all the way through from the headers and was put together by mush in his garage!! Not bad for a garage job aye?! ;)
