Hi peeps. Turbo is in storage. I will go get it tomorrow. as far as I remember there was minimal play (standard play) and it was in good condition. no cracks etc. Actuator size I am unsure of right this moment.
As for how much am I after for it? Not sure what its worth but happy to sell swap or trade.

Well the two "FJ20ET turbos I have are different. Not sure if its the difference between the turbos off an intercooled and non intercooled engine.
Anyhow,
T3 Flange
On the compressor side it has a 46.5mm inducer
On the exhaust side it has a 45mm wheel.
Wastegate flange = 30mm.
Anyhow, the actuator is different and the compressor housing output pipe is different (triangle flange). Still its definitely a T3, just unsure what it came off but it came un attached with my FJ20ET when shipped to me.
