90 degree brake booster fitting

Hey guys,

Maybe a dumb question - but can you get 90 degree fitting to go into the brake booster for the brake lines?

Fitting up the Master cylinder in the little 410 engine bay with a 610 booster and customer spacer, the brakes lines out of the m/cwill run straight into the super charger unless I put a ferocious bend in the line. I'm keen to avoid such a bend... a 90 degree fitting should help this.

Will speak to a brake shop tomorrow but thought I'd ask here first for immediate gratification.

you could put in a remote brake booster from the likes off hillmin hunters into there cars to solve this problem

How tight are you talking? Too tight to do in the brake line itself?

You could try finding another master cylinder with the ports on the opposite side?

Tight enough that I would rather not. Maybe could just get away with it in the brake line but then with engine movement and the S/C moving with the engine it would be pretty close.

If 90deg banjos or similar can be used for brakes that would be good. As I said I'll call a shop tomorrow but thought someone here may have used some 90 deg fittings before.

Another M/C is a possibility but would rather use the one I have if I can.

You can get 90deg fittings. Mate uses them on his race car they aren't all that tight tho. You could get tighter by bending the lines lol.

If you can't find any and still want one let me know and I'll find out where to buy these ones from

Banjo fitting is a good idea, you should be sweet with that, just have to watch out the bolt doesn't hit on the flare fitting seat in the master cylinder.

You can buy braze-on banjo ends, not sure about the legality of them though. They would work fine as long as someone who knows what they're doing fits them to the bundy tube.
