GC10 - where is the build of the other one?

Where are the pics and stuff from that Gc10? What is one worth in NZ in good condition? Are there many around?

theres on going circumstances regarding that car.

as for many being around, i doubt there are very many at all. most would likely be jap imports. and good ones would cost a decent amount of coin depending on specs list

Circumstances? is it still being built though? How much would buy a good one on the road?

The police have siezed it as it was a stolen vehicle from deceased estate collection, then advertised on trademe. No way to check the history as was never registered and wasnt reported stolen at that point.
He is in talks to buy the car back legitimately with the papers.

your best bet would be to look through japan. bit expensive, but a much bigger market with better examples to buy

As far as we know there is only 2 c10s in nz. This one, and a 2 door coupe up in taupo

bummer alright. I wouldn't know where to start looking for one from japan? I have google searched and can't really find anything about secondhand cars from japan (of any sort). How much (roughly) would one in road leagal cond be worth in Nz?

How much would it be worth or how much would it cost?

Just at a quick look the first two mint ones I found on Yahoo are around 3,000,000 yen which is around $50,000NZ. You should be able to find a reasonable one for less than that.

Holy s*#@ that is a whole lot of ping! But what an awesome resto. Someone said earlier that there were only 2 known of in NZ, does that maake them worth more? Has anyone actually looked into bringing one of these to NZ?
