Mine isn't Turboed, but I use Red RTV High temp sealant. Not had any problems over the years.

You may be better to change the end ones to 10mm studs if you haven't already as they are the ones that break. If your manifold and head is flat and your studs are in good nick and torqued properly you shouldn't have a problem. Is it a turbo one?

In saying that I have used a little bit of high temp RTV on manifold gaskets occasionally, something like this or the Loctite one:

That High temp stuff is really good. I don't even run a gasket on my motor anymore.
They don't call me the man with the rubber arm for nothing you know.............

I have used copper head gasket spray on the steel type manifold gaskets before.

I have also used the Loctite version of the high temp RTV

I like the copper HG spray better because it holds the gasket in place while you faff around lining up the manifold
