84 bluebird wagon diff

After a h165 diff head, pref a 3:8 or 4:1 ratio as the 4:8 i got out of c20 vanette reved out at near on 5000 rpm at 100k (3speed auto boc) if any one can help would be great as cant find one any where. cheers

Is the h190 complete axles hubs etc?? Cheers
