Got the letter today saying my cert plate is ready, will take the car down on Monday and hopefully it'll be legal by the end of the day!

Had some trouble with the chassis number just like I did last time, someone has entered it into the LTSA system as an H5130 rather than an HS130, should really try and get that fixed.

My 510 is registered as the chassis number being PS10xxxxxxx(etc) too. I think if you get a wof guy to enter it correctly, the computer changes it? I rang the ltsa a while ago. But the unhelpfull cow I spoke to was or no use.

This happened on my car too, my chassis number has one letter incorrect and is also registered as a "3002" not a 300zx

let us know how you get on as far as getting it changed

You can get it changed, you need someone from Nissan to write a letter to LTA explaining that there is no such thing as a 2405 GT, or PS10 and vehicles correct details etc etc. Finding someone who is willing to help would be the hard part.

People try it on to get 808s registered as RX-3s etc etc.

Coincidence that I was just bitching about this very problem on my C110 post. My other parts 240K GT coupe is registered as a 2405 GT.

Speaking of the coolness of some data entry in Land Transport registry, the other day I saw a 1988 Toyota Corona registered as a "Toyota Corona Sports Car"
Since when the F*** would anyone consider a Corona a sports car?!?!? Just on the forum heaps of members have cars with stuff ups, its clear that back in the day they did not have attention to detail.

Yeah, it's only ever caused trouble at cert time so I'll probably never actually get around to doing anything about it.

They registered them as all sorts of odd stuff, I've had a Nissan 2802 before, and a 280ZXT which wasn't turbo etc etc

If you dont get it chnaged you may find a WOF guy that stands 9ft tall and wont give you one cause it does not match your car.
