82' 910 Bluebird

Hey guys, long time no post.
It sux not having the internet at my new digs...

I am pleased to say that Annie is now away getting all the cancer cut out of her ass (And elsewhere)
and being replaced with new, shinny metal!

I spotted a L20et the other day...
It was mostly complete, both intake & exhaust manifolds, injectors, even a gearbox... BUT,
It was missing the critical parts... The turbo and the loom/ecu

A mate told me its worth about $300 as it sits. (Not the guy who owns it...)

My question is, how much will it cost to get a loom/ecu and turbo?
I have electrical knowledge, and have no issues with making a loom from scratch (If I have too)
As long as i have the ecu & plug, and a wiring diagram...

Any Ideas, or where about of these parts would be awesome.
I've made an offer for the motor, and I'm just waiting to hear back.

I'm pretty much certin that the L20et is a 6 cylinder engine mate. While it could be made to fit your car, the work involved would far outweigh the benifit.
plus from what I've seen, an L20et is only worth around $300 when it's complete.
You'd be much much better off to fit a newer DOHC 4 cyl engine, if you do decide to do away with the L20B you have now.
If you were able to find a late model (series III?) bluebird wrecking, you might be able to find one with a CA18i in it. Whilest those motors were turds, unless I'm mistaken a CA18de/det should bolt up to those mounts.

I don't really want to go down the cert track just yet. lol

I can arrange shipping etc if i get it.
Im going to see what box is bolted up to it tomorrow. (I have a buyer for the right box)

I've been toying with the idea for a while now,
but how hard is it to do a twin round headlight conversion to my datto?
Will the factory setup out of something else bolt up? Or do i have to make/modify mounts to suit?
Any ideas are welcome here...

On another note, Annie is going to be resprayed in her factory white
I'm just talking with a couple of spray painting mates about it atm, pricing etc...
I'm not going for a perfect show finish (I don't have the money for that!) But a nice clean factory white...

I Have just had a chat with my panel beater, and he said he has done one of the tail light mount/surrounds
and a few other patches..
I'm going up to check out her progress this sunday

And i know so I fount the photos of the rust when i dropped her off.

And this is a set of rims im 99% sure im going to buy.
Their a set of 16x7 nissan multi 9's. (For those who don't know what that means, It fits nissan 4 & 5 stud)
We're pretty damn certain there a 3pc mag too, There definitely a 2pc at least.
Two have decent legal rubber, and two non-legal.

If I get them, the centers will be sprayed to set them off a little (Professionally in a both of course!)
Can't wait to see Annie again, and to see her cancer all gone...
Then it will be motor out, to get the head done and a tidy up.
And possiablly to a mates to get painted

Great to hear the progress. Watch the offset on those wheels, they could be front wheel drive and not fit / suit your car, width sounds good, but they may sit too far in under the guards.
Twin rounds are cool, I don't think I have seen a retro fitted set on a 910. Brackets from most things could be made fit, it's just the surrounds that will be difficult. BMW E30s have good lights, I'm not sure how they are fitted but they could be an option.

standard or twin square lights suit the square body better imo
your car though, dont let me put you off doing it. the round lights came on jdm 910 taxis
