I tapped the oil way to put the pugs in and then flushed them out in the parts washer and the F#@*ing paint rubbed off turns out the paint needs heat to cure .
So no this paint is shit to use . :evil: :evil: :evil:

Yer it was not the big super cheap but the small guys and they are normally good i spent a shit load of time cleaning and polishing the inside of the block I don't think I'll paint it now one of the old guys in the workshop gave it the big Ok .
He did tell me i was going over the top with painting it :!:
I need to get onto the rust and send the motor away to be balanced and honed as our gear is all for trucks BUGGER

Trying to get some work done on the old girl wish i could win lotto and pay Wal to work his magic on her I'm starting on the bits you can't see in the hope that i get better at this pannel work capper .
I've given up on the quick fix up plan and will try a get the body tidy before i finish the motor and hope we have more of the folding stuff by then .
I'm using steel of the half cut i have as the rear of that is better than mine :-]

Is that the section that goes between the rear tail light panel and the boot floor? looks like it.
Our 140J is rusted badly there too lol
