Well I am buggered, spent most the day on it, and after a few wee electrical gremlins
I got fuel system commissioned, TPS sensor spanned, and things doing what they should,
got it out of the garage but wouldnt fire up due to battery being near flat....
Tried jump starting but no go, and was a bit reluctant as I didnt want voltage
spikes heading to my ecu etc anyway.
Got battery on charge now, but have run out of light, so un;ikely to startup tonight...
Stoked with how it all looks, although its messy in the photos, as I still have old coil setup
installed to commission the EFI, also wiring is only temporary.

Curious, will you be doing a n13/14/15 pulsar internal regulated alternator upgrade too?
Nice work by the way Kitch! Looks great with the red velocity stacks like my chevettes.

Chris I have rewired the voltage regulator, and it is now located up under the dash.
I was not aware of the Pulsar internal regulated alternator upgrade. is it a straight bolt on upgrade?

Re: Kitchs 1200 Coupe - EFI Startup getting close!!!
UPDATE:
Had a bit of a play over the last hour.
Second hand battery purchased, and rewired my temporary earth.
Got it cranking over
It wasnt firing, and had bugger all fuel pressure (would only get to 20 PSI when I hard wired the fuel pump and let it run for a while) , so ended up pouring another 5-6 litred of gas in, and away it went @ 45 psi (to be fair I was concerned my new pick up point was sitting a bit high).
and No fuel leaks - yay!
Still not firing, played round with the Megatune software, and got to the output screen, and forced fuel pump on, and test cycled the injectors, I could hear them clicking away, so confident wiring is all OK.
When I cranked again it fired away a couple of times
But then it wouldn't fire again (assume the fuel from the test cycle had been sucked in), by this stage it was dark outside and battery was drained again.... so called it a night
My diagnosis, is that the VR sensor maybe not working properly, as the RPM signal is very fluctuating when it is cranking (jumps from zero, up near 270 rpm, and various numbers in between, but perhaps the software doesnt "smooth" the signal?), and think that either this or some other setting is preventing the injectors cycling during cranking?
Any thoughts guys?

Good work! Engine bay is looking awesome! You might be having a problem with some interference from the alternator. you can try disconnecting the alt and cranking it over and see what the rpm pickup looks. goodluck!
