Crank scrapes ?

Post by 160jsss »

I know I should be getting my car on the road but I'm sitting in front of the laptop surfing the web ,I do have our new 4 day boy here to show him the big world of Datsun :D :D :D

Anyhow what do you think of the idea of crank scrapers for the L series someone out here could make some of these up how will they compare to baffles

They look pretty sweet, always wanted some for the A series, but never got around to it.
These don't replace Baffles, their job is different. Baffles keep oil supplied to the oil pick-up, preventing it surging away. These scrapers seem to have a role like removing oil from the crank and preventing it from filling the crank case, causing thicker air and more resistance to things moving through it.
