So he needs the god awful wind it in to adjust it style of adjustor? (The bolt with a tapered head that pushes the top of the shoes out as they wear)
I'm going to bin my 510 rear brakes. Although my car is boxed into the garage atm. So I may not be able to get them off. They are a turd of a design, as the shank where the adjustor spanner goes it too small. And when they get seized, or even semi seized, the square part on the end rounds off all too easily. (Plus that style isn't self adjusting, which is a real PITA)

For what it's worth, the 1200's use the same style of adjustor. Perhaps send "Birdflu" a PM, and get him to check if the ones on the 1200's are the same part number or not. most parts for 1200's are still avaiable new through nissan. (He works at Cockrams here in Christchurch)
They may not be as cheap as used ones though.
