From memory some have different bolt patterns? Most of the heads that I've seen from memory have a 3 bolt pattern, if you look in the picture the spacer block at the top only has two bolts.

You'll need the eccentric to go on the front of the cam as well if you haven't got one.

yeah those look to be the wrong ones, they look the same as the one that came off my l23
