UPDATE!

I have been supplying/drinking alcohol while brendan has been supplying patience, time, and tolerance

as a result of his efforts........

engine loom in
horn in
doors working
bonnet hinges in
bonnet catching thing in
headlight mounts in
fender indercator thing in

and one flippin big organise of all my junk. it now resides in an area to which it attaches to the car

as a result of my efforts..........
but also

fish oiled.....everywhere, same with rust converter stuff.

i attached some of the trim that makes the car look like its almost finished

the side air vents
middle boot badge
grill badge

really goes to show who did the real work huh.

Due to my brilliant organisational skills i now require........

brendan please post all the things iv lost so far like the round things for lights etc on this thread so someone can help me

update again. due to unfortunate health issues im no longer allowed to drink alcohol , and what better to fill the gap than working on my car,

wire brushed 60% of the underbody and dropped out the rear end, axle, diff, leaf springs, and this was all by myself too, LEARNING! it may only be like 10 bolts or whatever but bart, brendan, and jeremy know just how difficult i am when it comes to anything car related

will get bolts etc zinced, as for leaves, do i paint or zinc? or both? add leaves? take out leaves?

buying underseal soon too........... any info regarding best method of doing this would be great, heard today maybe a primer underneath before underseal? seems rather sensible......

Luke FYI, I got my leaf springs reset @ brown and cope in Dunedin.
At same time they fitted an additional leaf. (Cost like $360 or so from memory)
I had them cleaned up and painted in gloss chassis black before fitting.
I fitted all new nolethanes too.
I am running like 40mm blocks, but by the time I actually finish assembling the car
I think I will only need like 20mm blocks if any at all.
I wanted the car to be lower obviously but also stiffer, so that I didnt get any tyre rub
when I have people in the back or a boot load of stuff when I am on a crusie with the fam.
I had looked at getting King leaf springs ex Australia, but this was more expensive and 12 week delivery.
also I wanted a bit more low than the 30mm drop they specified.
