hey we are trying to finish off the club car motor and we currently have it a Spec Performance
and we are not getting enough fuel in the top end range and its running lean.
Also we will require a different dizzy as its been spot welded.
Once the car is running we plan on doing some events this summer.
I mentioned I was selling my cars and this is still a real possibility but, I would
like to finish both in the next few months.
Does anyone have thoughts on our lean fuel situation ??
we have filed the needle and opened up the seat etc. hmmmmm

Re: Club car coming together
Do you know what revs/hp your making when it begins to lean out?
My A15 used to hit the wall at 6000rpms. I upgraded to 3/8 fuel line (Including the pickup in the tank) and fitted a big holley fula pump. It never happened again.

Got home and changed to fuel and found the electrics needed some work.
Got to be something simple ie the manual on off switch and some wiring issues.
Part from that pretty happy to get a hundy at the back wheels at 5000 rpm
and it did not get there smoothly at all.
Also we have decided to change the wheels and man reckon it looks sick
on the 15inch.

Looks great on the 15s Aaron. Do you have a print out of the dyno sheet you could post up? Any videos on the dyno or anything?

Yeah Bebe should have a vid or two, Mate figured out the problem we had
wasnt the wiring the Alternator is not charging etc therefore really week spark.
Also fuel was fucked so with new gas and some spark it will run fine.
Taking to another place to be looked over.
150 at the wheels is the target.
