yours would look heaps better shorter in my opinion. surely the only reason they did that was for weight distribution?

Down force I'd think, you could put wicked weight on your rear axle with tthat much leverage.

You going to do the Boso front spoiler?

nothing wrong making it shorter even adding your own touches.
I do think the front guards are magnificent just wondering if they
would also be better with tapered round finish rather than flush?
The rear could be flush and angled but that big rear wheel is
crazy on the original reminds me of my old Manx dune buggy

The plan is to have a small (10mm or so) radius on what at the moment, is a sharp looking edge will do this with a little filler to smooth off the edges once the steelwork is sorted  :dance2:

Then I can prep and paint it to get it all ready to take the molds, once that's done I can decide whether i'm going to use carbon kevlar($$$$$$$) or just fibreglass, will mostlikely just use fibreglass for ease of repair when broken.

What thickness sheet are you using? It apears to bend nicely and not distort to much when welded.

Been thinking about replacing the flat section of my doors from the swage line down with new metal.
