Hey.
Got another diff to fit in my 1600 and have a query.
If i undo the flange nuts will the axle slide back far enough to clear the studs and drop the diff out with pulling suspension ect apart to move them back?
Tempted to chuck it in before the weekend but dont want to dig myself a hole and not get it back together in time.

Its been a few years since i done a change in mine but from memory i never took axles out i only done as you described.
