Been thinking about replacing the flat section of my doors from the swage line down with new metal.
The panel steel I'm using is 1mm thick, it seems to work well, much better than the 0.8mm I was using prior to that.

panel work is amazingly easy when you have the right gear :roll: :roll:

still handy to know how to use the gear, ive seen some horrendous stuff ups made by people even with the right gear, your to modest lol

I admit defeat after welding the rear guards, After doing a little bit and realizing what i achieved in 2 months could be done by a craftsman in about 3 days. ill stick to welding thicker stuff and making suspension parts thanks.

Cant wait to see this finished in a coat of red and black.

Should have this side sorted by the end of the day tomorrow then I need to bend up the rear panel and work my way bacK around to the front, Or I may fold up the rear panel then go straight around to the front and work on the splitter
