CAMBER PLATES A32 INTO 510

Post by hsepwr »

I got gven some A32 Cefiro camber plates for my 1600 so when i make my front coil overs it can use these. They are a Nissan A32 camber plate and I thought Cefiro/Silvia/skyline etc were all the same pcd bolt pattern as 510/1600 as i went to see if they fit but they have the wrong bolt pattern to fit my 1600. I have a s13 strut brace on the car and the pcd on the strut brace plates were the same as 1600 so bugger knows what the deal is.
Can someone enlighten me as to if they are ment to fit or if i was a dreamer and got that wrong.

Cheers
Craig

Mine were from something else as well so I redrilled them then made a tool to do the recess

Worked out mint, let us know if you want to borrow it Craig

I think it's to suit 14mm diameter recess

How do you mean recess, i might just draw a template for the top plate and have a new one water cut and re-use the underside bearing and housing etc. They didnt cost me anything so if i spend $30 getting some plates re cut im on a win i think.

Redrilled mine to suit the 1600 pattern, work sweet rotated them slighty hoping to gain a little caster however didnt change much

You can see here where the plate underneath slides past the mounting holes.
