Parts are all gone or sold. Possibly have access to another diff head and axles but waiting to hear back.

ill be interested if you can get your hands on another diff .... what are you swapping your old on out for ? s14 sub frame ?

Na, Hilux diff with LSD. Too much work for me to put a S14 subframe into it.

One day... When I can get my ass around to it.

A quick list of mods though:
SR20DE motor, freshly painted white engine bay.
S13/S14 hybrid front suspension with Cusco coilovers.
Hilux LSD with adjustable spring perchs. Haven't decided on shocks yet.
5 stud hub conversion with S14 4pot front and S14 single pot rear (with integrated handbrake, still have to sus out the cables though.)
15x7" ROH mags.
S14 power steering rack.

It still isn't running, and probably won't be for a while yet, but it's slowly coming together.

I'll look into doing a build thread. I've got one on s12silvia.com but that's it.

I appreciate the offer. I'll be happy to do it myself though. The only times I've had to get other people to do stuff on my S12 is a mate who knows how to weld, and an engineer who I've been using to fabricate specific things up for me.
