Well after much pressure from KK im posting up some pics of Lisa's long term 240c Wagon project and her 260C sedan. Got the wagon a few months back and just recently got the sedan.
A few Datsun club members no of or have seen these two already.
240c Wagon - (dead rego)
The day we got it home
Bit of wash down
no worries on the dash - still got the mint black one from the 230 260C derby car.
Lots of boot space as folds fully flat
Cool dickey seat in the back - you need short legs.
Lisas soon to be daily when Wal has an attack on her. - needs sill ends and bottoms of 3 doors.
This has an exceptional interior - the main reason i brought it.
I got our head Mechanic "Odie" in to do a 20 point safety check - you have to know how to speak purr.
He found the heater tap has been bypassed - good boy
"mmm no oil leaks here

Does your cleaner do pools and showers too?

They both rule. The wagon especially. But shit I wish I had a 330 now.

Na you wish you had a 230 hardtop sedan. I'll try find my pics of them in Japan..
Wal had a look at sedan today needs a bit of work but will be worth it. He wants me to remove seats and carpet etc so as not to burn it all with the welder. (Wal is just round the corner now to so welcome to country life Wal.
The spare Toyota came with a full lpg setup which might come on handy for this (or not ).
Planning on just lowering the sedan on some widened 14" wheels and tyres (eager look width) with whitewalls and keep the hubbies all polished etc just to fill the standard guards nicely.

Re: Lisa's 230 240c Wagon
Pics that people wanted of rust plus pics i took today after a wash etc - For a WOF id say Rust, Tyres and Bleed Brakes and it should fly through. After taking a good look at it I definitely want the $2K for it as it has all the trimmings etc still on it and thinks like bumpers etc are pretty mint.
I will be listing on trade me tomorrow night if no-one expresses full keen-ness, want it gone asap - can store here for a wee bit if needed - pretty gutted i wont get to drive it as our own car but hey more work can be done on other more important datsuns

Made a start on the rust - those ramps make things pretty easy.
Well is looks like it last had some work (if you can call it that) in 2003 - due to the Christchurch Press 2003 jammed in the front of the sill
Its ok though as the sills are cheap to buy - the inner doesnt seem to be affected at all.
It also had some funky bondo plastic sellys no more nails shiz in there - typical of a home job aye
Well its gotta be done so will start grinding her back along the sill and see what else is there
Been a while Soooooo......
We sold this one a couple of months back due to the rust etc - it went to auckland to a car dealer for restoration
Meanwhile i brought this 230 sedan which initially was going to go back on the road but decided better to save a few other 230's around (parts gone to Ivans (RBLOVER) blue sedan and to Snoozins red sedan so far.
Illl be using the rebuilt front xmember and front arm assemblies aswell as a couple of doors bonnet and guards etc.
Came with great bumpers and surrounds for the front too.
Also brought these sweet rims - 16x7 3 piece welded - but may be able to flip them - already got tyres on in 205/55r16 - they are a jap brand will put up details soon
Also still got the dash and a few other bits left over from the derby car from 2009 - heres some pics for the guys that havent seen it
Will be working ont eh 240c wagon after the wedding mid Feb yay
