Will the b110 coupe front disc brake struts will bolt straight on the ute.

yes!
BUT, in a perfect world you'll swap out the ute rear wheel cylinders, for sedan or coupe ones. The utes and wagons run different wheel cylinders. Failure to do so may lead to the rear locking up first. (Which can get a bit hairy in an already-light-in-the-back to begin with vehicle)
