Plating Solutions used to be good. Were near AMI Stadium but the previous owner (Nissan nut) sold the business, so have no idea how good the new owner is but it may be worth your time to go speak to the new owner

With bumper bars, it's all about the prep.
You'd need to have them stripped, and them polished long and hard.
Greg on this forum, (Datto610) works for an electroplaters. They hate doing bumpers, cos unless they're perfect they look like shit after the chrome goes on.

The bar goes into a "strip bath" where all the old chrome is removed. Then (providing the bar is nice and straight) a metal polisher like gary able (able metal polishers) will make it smooth and ready to be replated. I've heard that Gary Able is the man when it comes to polishing.

We could do it but how deep are your pockets and how fussy are you?? If you want a real mint job I'd suggest shiny bits down south but you would be paying a shit tonne more, not saying we don't do a good job. They are just more set up to do fiddly things like at, we are more of an industrial type chrome platers and don't have the time available to really ensure its perfect. But we have done small bumpers in the past with no issue so just rock up sometime and have a chat with me or the manager who is also named Greg.
