any reason why the keeper spring is at the top in your guys installs?

i put mine at the bottom, as i was worried that the springs may "pop" out sideways when jacked up on mine.
guess it doesnt really matter...

Never really thought of that, seeing as it's not put in for keeps yet I could swap it around easy enough.

It is because the spring separator would gouge out on the coil over sleeve's threads, as it would only just fit over.

The spring separator would get all chewed up, and the coil over threads might get damaged, expensive parts to replace.

Greg Post some pics of your bling as anodized brackets !

mine are at the bottom, they cant touch though, the keeper is located at the and bottom of the spring plus as soon as there is any weight on them they go solid any way

Yes yes James keep it in your pants. Gave my caliper brackets a bit of a linish
today and black zinced them at work came up mint as! Also as of tonight I have 4 control arm pins that just need the slot milled into the head but can still use them for mock up purposes. Rotors will have center hole machined out in the next few days so that they fit snugly behind hub. Possibly more updates this week.

Adjustable Coilovers come with them installed in the top or the bottom (different Makes) so i guess it doesnt matter.

At it again tonight. Got rotors back from machining, fit nice and snug behind hub now. Couldn't help but test fit everything thing. I shortened the spacer tube that my coil over sleeves sit on to test ride height should be quite a bit lower in front, will test once rear end is back which should be soon! Everthing fits up pretty good can't wait to put these 4 pots to the test.

Good stuff.
I'm greatly looking forward to building this same setup myself. Good brakes are fantastic.
They don't call me the man with the rubber arm for nothing you know.............
