sooo gutted i didnt make it on this run, was all set BUT got called into work sat

It was very refreshing James, certainly not too cold, as long as you got in and got under, there sure was a lot of it though, the flow was quite swift. I'm with Bart, the worst part was my soft 'home boy' feet on the stones.
