Re: Luke's 1200 coupe of going to keep forever-ness!
I used an out fit in Dunedin to reset my rear leaves.
I had them reset 60mm lower with an additional leave added for stiffness.
Currently I have 40mm blocks in and the car sits perfect at the back IMO.
by the time car is fitted out, I expect I will only need 20-25mm blocks to
achieve correct lowness. I can't have too low, as I have my 2 monkeys in
the car most of the time, and don't want it to drag its arse, when I have
stuff in the boot either.

^^^This.
Also, ask them to reverse your leaf eyes. That way you'll keep some of the eliptical shape of the leaves. I bleat on about this endlessly, but I had some flat as fuck leaves once, and they were really really shit. (I couldn't put down any power at all)

Good call Bart - thats the one thing I regret not doing with my setup
Re: Luke's 1200 coupe of going to keep forever-ness!
Might be the go for this weekend/tomorrow night then. out comes the rear end again, fuck! i think il go the same way kitch did, resetting about 60-70mm with the added ....leaf?, do the thing bart said too. and il run my 50mm blocks as my rear seat is pointless....... as i assumed yours would be kitch? its tiny back there!
with the resetting thing, if over time the leaves went ....slack? and flat? can they be re-reset? might be a stupid question i dunno.
are bellamy and east open weekends? and would they paint them for me after you think?

Brown and Cope did mine in Dunedin, and they painted them up for me when they finished, although not up to my standards so had them repainted in chassis black
Yeah back seat is small, my kids were a lot smaller when I started my build.....
