What's the VIN on it? It looks like what the yanks would call a series 2 shell but hard to tell in RHD guise. The early HS30's were a little lighter than the 71 models so to get a 71 down to under 900kg with those hilux boat anchors, it will be hard to achieve but still doable.

Nice zed and love that colour and front dam.

ill try and have a look for the papers. im sure its an early model 71, im sure ive been told that the later 72 and onwards were made of thicker sheet metal aswell. . . yea im not to worried about the weight its not going to be raced as hard as it has been in the past. safety first i think.

gotta love the care taken there, 2402 H530, Def not a Datsun Man who filled that Vin sheet in :P (or loaded the Data)

That rego form is a laugh.
My 1600 has a chassis number in the system as a PS10xxxxxxx.
They don't call me the man with the rubber arm for nothing you know.............

I had same problem with my 180b sss.i tried fixing it up with LTNZ but the idiots dont understand...
But no harm giving it a go

meeting up with 2doors this weekend so he can have a look at the 240 and tell me what he thinks is the best way to attack the P$P i want done on it. just hope i have the rear wheels sorted in time so i can drive it there haha went out for a few :burnout: a couple weeks ago just to see what she can do. . . . . went a little something like this :? . . . :burnout: . . . . :shock: . . . . . . :o . . . . . . :D :lol: haha couldnt stop the laughter and smile all the way home
