They have also been advertising a service at the top of the Yahoo auctions called "Buyee" for overseas buyers, in the T&Cs it says that "motors" are a prohibited item but it doesn't seem to let you bid on any engine parts that I've tried so far.

Might be handy if you want some Initial D comics or something though!

I use rinkya but they are getting exxy with their fees. It's a pain to setup but easier now they accept paypal.
