Tuning Twin Carbs.

Post by datsun18 »

Can anyone in chch show me how to tune these twin carbs? She's coughing and farting a wee bit just would like to get her running smooth? Any help would be much appreciated.

Moved to tech and DIY.
I'd talk to Daryl at economy auto repairs. (Out the back of the Z garage on opawa road.
He's been spannering twin SU's (The pommy kind) forever. Go have a yarn to him. I used to have twin Hitachi SU's on an L20B in a KB310. He tweaked my carbs, and it absolutely sang.
They don't call me the man with the rubber arm for nothing you know.............

If you are stuck give me a call, I'm all disorganised and not sure where my tools are but I can sort them for you if you are stuck.
