Dose a12 heads come with oval ports?
My flatmate scored a a12 engine today but it seems the head has oval ports and water jackets I told him I think that must have a a14 or a15 head on it but I wasn't 100% sure did the a12 come with oval ports?

How big, and how many are the water ports?
If it hads three small water ports, then it's an A15 head.
If it's got four slightly bigger water ports, then it's an A12 GX head.
The A 12 GX heads have the smaller A12 sized valves.
