120y s/w roof cut

ok now im starting the next project to save a bit of time does any body have a 120y s/w they are wrecking that i can cut the roof off no it s a long shot plan is to transplant the roof skin on to the one i ve got thoughts suggestions

I have found a wagon down south that I'm trying to buy at the moment. I however have no idea of its condition. If I get it. Would you be keen to get it for parts?
