Would a 310 wagon 1 fit? Can't get any measurements till I pick it up in a few weeks.

A B310 drive shaft will have a H150 diff flange on it, as a general rule. If you wagon has a H150 diff head, then a B310 will fit. If your wagon has a H145 diff, then no it wont. My old VB210 wagon came with a H145 diff head. My old parts wagon came with a H150 diff head.

The easiest way to work out which diff head you have in your wagon would be to measure the bolt spacing on your diff head flange.

hmmm I see. keep in mind my car is a coupe....

Will the lengths be the same between different chasis (b210 vs b310) as well as different shapes (coupe vs wagon)?

Cheers

As far as Im aware the only difference between drive shaft's is the diff flange and then there is the yoke on an auto which is different to a manual. Plus there are differences between utes, vanettes etc. But if you are just doing the auto to manual swap in a 210 and have a H150 diff head, then a drive shaft from a 310, whether its a sedan/coupe/wagon it will fit, as a general rule.

Generally yes the lengths will be the same. Sorry I thought it was for a wagon.

Ah cool thanks for that info.

So as long as the diffs are the same in my car (in particulr the flange) and the donor car, then I should just need a manual driveshaft from either sedan coupe or wagon?

I've been playing with these for ages can confirm b310 and 120y same length 2 different flanges knuckle one suits h145 diff found in early 120y, s and round one is h150 later 120y's I've got a good h150 shaft here 50 bucks if you want it.
