Nothing exciting to update really Luke...

Just been up to boring stuff like:
> Got temp sensor wired up & tested
> Wired up my fan relay & got it sequencing correctly from ECU
> Got Pedal box all greased up & running smoothly
> Mounted ignition barrel
> Mounted Flasher unit & Voltage regulator up above pedal box
> Mounted up H4 headlight relays
> Tidied up & terminated all my local earths around the firewall
> Powered up ECU & checked com's with laptop & spanned TPS
> Ordered in some rocker cover gaskets (going to try and double two up to clear rockers)

Hope to get a bit more sorted over the long weekend, I want to
pretty much have all wiring & sound proofing finished by end of
the weekend, and make a start on the Fuel Surge tank installation.

Hopefully not too long before I will have it on the floor & running up the new A14

Small amount of progress......

I have finished all the sound deadening install in cockpit & boot.
Relocated battery to boot & wired up new cables & have car cranking nicely (just need fuel now!).
wiring now 99% finished, and all tested ok, after a few teething issues & faults I had to sort out
Installed heater box, centre console, shifter and pedals. fitted new silicon heater pipes etc
modified the coil pack mount and refitted up.
greased front wheel bearings and fitted new hub caps.
Fitted up rocker cover (I ended up running 2x cork gaskets with bead of silicon between to get the clearance sorted)

Got a few more wee bits & bobs to sort out, then I will be on to the fuel surge tank/feed system install...

This is now officially the benchmark for any 1200 with an A series , I love your maximum effort and attention to detail.

This is one hell of a car.
The Answer to your Question is NEEDS MORE VG30

cheers for the positive comments guys.

Yeah Wal, prob out for paint around August I imagine - depending when there is room in the paint shop.

Want to have it all 100% driveable before then, so once it is painted, it will be minimal work to get final assembly done and get it on the road
