This car has been in dry storage for the last 10 years (as you can see from the dust) and sadly has to go.

This is as near original condition as you are likely to get, Think I am something like the third or fourth owner, not quite one old lady owner but pretty close. I bought it around 12 years ago as project but never got around to it. I used to drive it around but probably hasn’t been going for as long.

Not sure if the engine has seized, will have a look if I get a chance (if it is can probably find a spare to go with it). I did some minor cleaning and repairs to the steering rack and brake callipers but otherwise pretty much untouched. I am pretty sure if you got it going and drove it down for a warrant, it would pass.

Pretty much everything is there and in mint condition. if you want a project to do up this is perfect (which is why it is so hard to get rid of), no need to spend money chasing parts etc. just strip it, paint it and put it back together. All chrome is sweet a few pin head rust spots etc. but all straight. all interiors, dash, seats original and mint. Right hand guard has been squashed up a bit and bogged and front bumper is a little wonky (see pics) but not too bad.

Have SSS seats and door cards to go in as well if wanted. Haven’t made up my mind about the mags, but could be convinced to throw them in.

De-registered, with last warrant in 2004

A few people have been asking for some more details of any rust so have taken some extra photos of what i could see after a look over the car. There are two spots of rust that would probably need some attention, the first is on left rear door just above the wheel arch (see photo) it is a bit spongy to touch. The second is on rear right side below the tail light also a bit spongy. There is a third bit on the sill on the drivers door that needs a wire brush and some rust kill but should be okay.

There is also some rust on the firewall behind the master cylinder, but it appears to be just superficial surface stuff.

Sorry to those that were keen to view, have been a little busy. but will be around on saturday morning for anyone that wants to have a look. or can also arrange to meet on Thursday or friday evenings.
