On the hunt for these flares

Post by nick_m »

Im on the hunt for these flares, I have hunted for them for ages now but have never had any luck.
Im really not that happy with the fitment of the ones I got made (widened universal ones)
These ones including the bumper look like the ones alot of the old shellsport cars ran
Anyone know who makes them? I need something that looks better than what I got.

I have pictures of maybe 6 or more cars running them but havent been able to turn up who made them or if they are still are still available

The flares on the old Datto are just the normal universal flares. I have these same flares on my car. You need to use either a 13 or 14 inch flare to get the look you want. Also mount them a little higher than standard. If i get a chance over the next day or so I will post some pics of mine for you.

Hi Kobyn,

I can get you some 14 inch universal flares and the info you need about mounting them.
As Tom said if you mount them a little higher than standard they fit well.

I have my guy sourcing a price and photo for you today so will get back to you with more details once I have them.

Click the "custom" tab, there are 3 types. Ts cup, universal, and "fender" flares.
