Re: Motor gets a shiney new hat
Now i am having issues with the Brakes.
I am running RX7 calipers and very happy with the way they are sitting the offset and the whole way this has gone except one bit.
The fluid bridge that runs on the outside of the caliper. It fouls my rim as you can see in the below pic.
I am hoping there is a version of this caliper which is identical in every way except the fluid bridge. Any thoughts?
Ignore the HotRod rake, I will sort that out when i get around to the rear

Re: Motor gets a shiney new hat
You are using the brackets like Greg's aren't you ?
Since those brackets are beefy as hell can you have say 2mm milled off the bracket to pull the caliper away from the wheel. The rotor would need to be pulled back by the same amount bit it could potentially create enough clearance to not have to buy new calipers.
I wont suggest getting a very thin spacer ( 2-3mm) because you must have a good reason for not doing that

Re: Motor gets a shiney new hat
As far as i am aware slip on spacers are illegal? Must be bolt on?

Re: Motor gets a shiney new hat
AFAIK they can be certed but they have to be attached to the wheel or the hub.
