Got bored today and thought coupe looked a little high ;)
Soooo pulled struts out and ordered some mk1 golf strut inserts. Going to use some vr4 Mitsi springs I had lying round (higher spring rate and thicker coils) also cleaned block down and had look and crank condition. To be honest it's near mint :D so will take it down to timaru at some stage and get it rebored etc. now just trying to get redline manifold to fit my flows :deadhorse:

First time ive had a good look through your thread man! cant wait to have this thing in the garage next to my 1200 haha. definitely has changed a lot since i saw it last those many years ago!

is there room for an electric fan in front of them, or will you have to do an electric push fan? if so have a look at how I did my push fan setup

Cheers bro skids up and all that :lol:

Not sure yet Kitch. Bottom ends being put together at the moment so will know once get engine in the hole. But yes I think I will need a push fan setup like yours.
