from a couple weeks ago only went cos a autocross in hawks bay was cancelled was a good day tho picked up 3rd

I really like dirty old bolt on flares. Especially those repro TE27 levin ones that seem to be on every second car. (I have a few in the shed too)
But I've always found, they're never quite a nice fit on dattos. The shape of 1200's doesn't lend themselves to it. And I once tried to slam some on a sunny coupe, but it wasn't going to look quite right either.
They don't call me the man with the rubber arm for nothing you know.............

i no what ya mean id rather not have to use them but this way it gives me more options when it comes to buying rally tyres
not sure if or when i will hack up rear gaurds and bolt rears flares on .
i did get out and do some testing over weekend heres a lil vid

What colour should I paint the flare same colour as car or black ? I'm gonna fit rear flares and paint them this weekend hopefully

I'd say the same colour as the car is you can muster some paint the same colour?

Imagewent to post in random car thread but didn't work so yeah one of the father inlaws mates he's working on
The datto in the back ground getting some shit done surge tank setup flares painted and few hole need welding up
