Yeah would be so easy to throw in the towel and say stuff this but I know it's going to be worth it once it's all done!

Yes you did! If only we realised then that we needed to whip sump off and replace seal. Oh well!DJZ wrote:I did mention that it didn't look right before we put the flywheel on last weekend

Sit the sump on a flat surface, and get a piece of 100x50 timber.
Place it on end on the dent inside the sump, and give the other end a good smack with a BFH.
Repeat as needed.

Re: Datto_610's 180B - Running Again!
Well got the sump back on today with Daniel's help thanks again man! Gave it a coat of heat proof paint I had lying in the garage also got some threebond off Brock and the new sump seals. Got the call yesterday morning that my driveshaft was done!!! So stoked but not so stoked on price... cost more than I originally thought but oh well it's done now and I can put it in. Djz and I tried putting the gearbox back on but don't think the clutch is aligned properly as we can't get it all the way on got an alignment tool and Brock gave me a gearbox with out bell housing and the rear casing to use too. I even tested the horns off the R30 I stripped out they work so took them to work cleaned them up and gave em a lick of paint, they are much slimmer than 610 horns so should fit up nice next to the front mount and behind grill
