Some really rather nice work going on there..

How come the diff head is still in the subframe? Just so it can be seen poking out the bottom from behind?

@ Andy if I remember correctly there were numerous pairs of springs in the back at varying heights - couldnt remember what short shocks were about though

Dont worry Gal - we worked out that lowering it will make it the perfect height for a bbq (same as one on a stand) :burnout: :burnout:

The Diff head has all the internals removed but needs to be there to hold the subframe up - ie if i wasnt there - no mounts for back of subframe.

Plus it looks good haha.

yea thats right Chris - I put those air shocks out of the GX61 in the back - i think we were gonna run super low springs with those on seperate lines so we could level her up when parked on slopes etc.

No real update as yet - Hamish has been busy with his house - had to move it all into a container for 2 months for EQC repaires etc - and the shed was unloaded into it aswell.

I have been going round on sunday mornings working on his other projects for customers, freeing him up to do work on this.

Pretty much everything is test fitted etc onto the body as per the last pics - hope to have it towable for AKaroa.

A small update - the trailer is now back with Wal, we're thankful to Hamish for the work he did on it.

We hope to make some real progress on it now and will organise a working bee soon for anyone interested in helping out.
