Rare Spares in Christchurch is an option. Not necessarily the cheapest, but somewhat local.

I ended up getting weather strip for my 1200's boot, but still not gotten round to doing it nearly three years later haha. List of 1200 rubbers/weather strip can be found HERE
As 'datsun118' mentioned, Scott's Auto Rubber is an option out of Australia. I've heard good things and may look at getting stuff to bring back to NZ on my next trip
