Mongoose have external fuses so it will be easy to check.
The siren will go if there is no power to the alarm and the led wont flash cos theres no power...

Yeah Mongoose M80S or something, I pretty sure I checked alram fuses but will have another look. What happened to battery well..... I was tapping the terminal on with a rubber mallet and missed and cracked the battery casing bugger....

That doesn't sound much like "tapping"Datto_610 wrote:Yeah Mongoose M80S or something, I pretty sure I checked alram fuses but will have another look. What happened to battery well..... I was tapping the terminal on with a rubber mallet and missed and cracked the battery casing bugger....

Haha yeah maybe not... Checked fuses all sweet. Siren is still going off when turned on with special key, going to try charging battery overnight see if that makes a difference. Argh this so annoying!

Re: Alarm not disarming.....
I fixed it!!!!!!! Charged battery no change... But where the fusable link to the battery is meant to go(relocated battery to boot) I have bridged the wires together in order for it to run. Looks like the wires lost connection to each other so car wouldn't go/alarm wouldn't disarm. Had a fiddle with the wires and everything is all good! Going to have come up with a more permanent solution i.e fuse block or something. How many amps should I get for the fuse block?? Bigger the better?? Sooooo stoked it goes again have just under a week left of holidays guess I better do something productive now haha.
