Mine never turned up from that order even tho i paid.
He just wasn't interested in chasing up with the courier

Ok, dragging up an old thread here (I was searching for my original thread to get the bearing numbers again), but I did chase it up with the courier. You were the only one who didn't receive their order.

Anyway, the courier said they delivered it, I put in a claim, they denied it because it wasn't a signature required parcel and that their courier had said that it was delivered to the address. They said that since it was registered as delivered, they are not responsible if it disappeared after that time. What else was I supposed to do?
